 IMPORTANT: Paypal, the one time Admin/Laptop Case Fee and Recurring automatic payments must be set up/paid and all forms below must be signed prior to picking up laptop.

The 2017-2018 lease plan will be recurring payments and needs to be setup via Paypal as well as a nonrefundable admin fee. (please setup and pay your PayPal fees prior to arriving to campus as our network will not support multiple PayPal setups, if you need help with PayPal please contact Mrs. Herrera vherrera@sra.mn or 951-672-2400 Ext 1507)
