Curriculum Pick-Up:
Students will need to attend the orientation before they pick up any curriculum. EAs will sign off on students turning in Master Agreements; then, they may pick up the curriculum. You will receive a checklist.
Students will not receive curriculum materials unless all books have been returned from the 2021/2022 school year. Please email Mrs. Payan at [email protected] to see if your child still has curriculum checked out in their name.
Please follow the scheduled times provided. Textbooks and consumable pick up will be in the library after the orientation. There will be a separate table to turn in last year’s books and clear your account before receiving the 22/23 school year curriculum.
Red Track High School students must bring their schedules if they are checking out books and not utilizing the digital curriculum.
Technology Pick-Up:
Red and White Track students are not required to use a Santa Rosa Academy-issued device. They can access their online lessons and digital curriculum via any personally owned computer (PC, Mac, Chromebook, etc.). However, devices will be available to pick up for students that do not have access to suitable technology at home in the technology center (above the library) only after the orientation. EAs must sign off on receiving the Master Agreement first.
Meal Program:
Please complete the attached Free/Reduced Meal application and bring it to the orientation. We will have a table for you to turn it in. Contact Mrs. Hermosillo at [email protected] with any questions.
Enrollment/Registration:
We will have a table for returning date confirmation questions or assistance.
