I was born and raised in Southern California. I have been a science teacher since 2002 and am definitely a big science nerd. I have been married to my husband for over 20 years, and we actually met in high school. I have three children, two dogs, one tarantula, chickens, and lizards. I enjoy growing my own food and making things from scratch.
