Student Work Permits

Students 15 1/2 years old and older (unless there are extenuating circumstances: such as the student is working for a parent over the summer, i.e: temporary),¬†will need to see Mrs. Shaw, in the administrative offices, for an “Intent to Work” and to discuss the procedure.¬† Students and parents also have to sign a Santa Rosa agreement regarding grades and attendance.
If an entertainment permit is needed bring the form to the front office and Mrs. Shaw will have it verified, signed and stamped. Teachers are not allowed to complete the forms.
There also needs to be a 24-48 hour window for turn-around for all permits listed.
Permits will be issued during the summer except for the first two weeks of July.
If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Shaw at kshaw@sra.mn.
