I am a SLPA (and I think it's the best job in the universe) a lot of people don't know what that is, but basically it is my job to support the Speech Language Pathologist, so I get to do a lot of the speech sessions and watch kiddos accomplish great communication skills!! But before I was a SLPA, I was a mom to 3 great kids (Tony, Gaby and Aryane) and 3 wonderful grandsons (Landon, Alex and Christopher). After I graduated from college I worked in private practice for many years doing early intervention and working with speech kiddos from K-12. I am currently getting ready for retirement (in 4 years) so I am building a house in South Carolina. I am excited about the future but so happy to be a part of the SRA team until retirement time comes along. I am looking forward to working with all the Ranger families and being a part of so many speech journeys!!

 

My favorite subject was Science!

 

I really love to be on my bicycle, and spend time eating, shopping and hanging out with my friends!! I also take any opportunity to go to the beach and take long walks as often as I can!
